    英文名:Fiberglass Reinforce plastic,也写为GRP,它是一种复合材料,包含基体和增强体两部分。
    English name: Fiberglass Reinforce plastic, also known as GRP, it is a composite material, including the matrix and the reinforcement of two parts.



    GRP材料的基体是树脂, 起粘结作用,占总体积的百分数为30%~40%。树脂(resin)是一种热固性塑料,包括环氧(EP)、酚醛树脂(PF)、等,同时树脂也是一种有机非金属材料。

    玻璃纤维是一种无机非金属的人造无机纤维,如玻璃纤维,碳纤维,Kevlar纤维B, 大致占总体积的百分数为60%~70%。因此,GRP是有机非金属跟无机非金属复合的塑料基复合材料。

  • 玻璃钢雕塑工艺流程如下:

    一、设计塑模
    一、Design mold

     1.优秀的雕塑作品需求有良好的设计根底,玻璃钢雕塑的设计应思索到其资料与工艺的特性。玻璃钢工艺易于成型漂亮的流线型制品,能够突出作品的现代和时期感,在设计时可优先采用圆弧状与流线型。

    2.玻璃钢雕塑的原模可用泥来塑造,普通塑模由专业人员完成。雕塑工作完成后,经过自然枯燥,具有一定的强度后,就可停止玻璃钢雕塑模具制造了。

    1.     二、雕塑制造
    二、Sculpture manufacturing

     A.玻璃钢制造
    玻璃钢雕塑制造采用手糊成型办法。制造前将依据雕塑的外形特性,从便于成型与脱模的角度动身,能够将模具合成成若干个单元翻制。依此成型出单元产品,然后将它们组合成一整体。最后将制品整体处置与涂装,一部玻璃钢雕塑作品就制造完成了。



     A. FRP manufacturing

     B.模具制造
     1.将配制好的硅橡胶分几次涂剧在原模上,硅橡胶层应在1mm后以上。
     2.待硅橡胶交联后,在硅橡胶上再成型厚度为3mm左右的玻璃钢层。
     3.玻璃钢固化后,沿着划分出的单元块将整体模具切开,切割时留意将玻璃钢层及硅橡胶层同时切开。在单元块间制造衔接肋,衔接肋处应设定位槽,以保证经过衔接肋使单元块模具组合成一整体。
     4.将玻璃钢单元块脱模,然后脱下硅橡胶层,脱下的硅橡胶块立刻放回玻璃钢单元模中。



     B. Mold manufacturing

    4. Remove the FRP block and then remove the silicone rubber layer and remove the silicone rubber block immediately back into the FRP module.


     三、成型制造
       1.从雕塑的一端着手,组合一局部模具后糊制产品。
       2.待前一局部固化后再组合模具,继续糊制产品。
       3.在便于成型操作的前提下,一次尽可能多地组合模具单元块。
       4.如此重复,最后留出一单元块,该单元块预先成型后胶接到整体雕塑上。
       5.玻璃钢雕塑中相似于动物的角、腿、尾等难以用上述办法制造的局部,能够用相应的金属资料制成大致的外形,然后在金属资料上成型玻璃钢,经过打磨的办法修整出来。  
       6.雕塑型面普通比拟复杂,在工艺铺层上应特殊处置。玻璃纤维毡难以铺放处应先用含有短纤维的树脂腻于填充,然后再铺放玻璃纤维短切毡及方格布。雕塑外表层用树脂腻子中的玻璃纤维长度以10mm为宜, 
       7.雕塑外表用树脂腻子配比 资料聚酯树脂玻璃纤维CaCO3填料颜料过氧化甲乙酮萘酸钴用量1002010022-40.5-4   玻璃钢雕塑成型中的一个重要问题是构造加强,加强资料普通选用金属型材,用金属型材焊接成雕塑内骨架。
       8.在成型制造时,将金属骨架逐步埋放在雕塑中。以此进步玻璃钢雕塑的刚度与强度,增加其运用寿命。
       9.最终经过金属骨架装置玻璃钢雕塑组装模具→填充表层腻子→铺放短切毡→铺放方格布→埋放骨架→最终制品脱模 。

     三、Molding manufacturing

         7. Sculpture appearance with resin putty ratio information polyester resin glass fiber CaCO3 filler pigment peroxide methyl ethyl ketone naphthylate amount of 1002010022-40.5-4 FRP                sculpture in an important issue is to strengthen the structure, strengthen the general selection of metal profiles, The metal profile is welded into a sculpture inside the skeleton.
         8. In the molding process, the metal skeleton gradually buried in the sculpture. In order to improve the stiffness and strength of FRP sculpture, increase its service life.
         9. Finally through the metal frame device FRP sculpture assembly mold → fill the surface putty → laying chopped mat → laying grid → buried skeleton → final product stripping.



    四、后期处置
    玻璃钢雕塑的后期处置一方面是修整脱模后产品的部分缺陷,更重要的是制造外表效果。常采用的外表效果是仿紫铜色与仿青铜色,关键是配制色浆。
